Maweomi / Evening Star

Evening Star is a Confederate member of ACQTC, representing her Cree Nation (Western Algonquian of NW USA/Canada) as a Duda of the Star Clan. She works for the Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens and organizes nature walks and tours which includes history and lore of the Wappinger-Nattabesec/Wampano-Quiripi Confederacy.

Evening Star is also active in organizing the annual Green Faire of Fairfield, CT and in many other programs that represent our aboriginal ethnoenvironmentalism.
