 Painting by David Ostrowski David “Fishhawk” Ostrowski is an Honorary Director for ACQTC, Inc. He works with David Wagner as they seek answers to our ancient past. Fishhawk is an engineer and a very gifted artist, as well. The painting shown here was one of his first attempts.
