Sunksquaw Ruth Mahweeyeuh Thunderhorse, better known as Little Owl Ohomousiz, has served as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Duda (Headwoman) of ACQTC since 2001; she also served as the powwow coordinator for the June 25, 2011 Celebration in East Haven. Little Owl retired as Headwoman in 2010, and retired as CFO at the end of 2011.

Little Owl traces her ancestry to Guilford and Farmington, CT, as far back as 1635. She is a talented artist specializing in painted rocks and painted feathers. She loves writing poetry (some bilingual) and is active in many Native issues in the State of Indiana.
